Mars and the XSSR team are back once again like the renegade masters that they are with this, the labels 14th release. Featuring 2 original tracks; one from Mars and one a collaboration between Freak Da Bass & Mars, this ep is aimed squarely at the dancefloor. Whilst some beautifully musical moments ensure that it will sound great on the ipod as well.

Make Me Hot is the title track of the ep and is written by Russian based XSSR boss Mars. As we've come to expect from this prolific artist the production quality is superb, with driving basslines and crunching beats being counterbalanced by lush pianos, pads and techno esque bubblings. This track has bucketloads of energy and nods towards many different genres with it's cleverly constructed, powerful and melodic construction.

Mario Wants Sex is the amusingly titled track from the collaboration between Freak Da Bass, another up and coming Russian producer and Mars himself. Featuring a plethora of samples from computer games of years gone by this track has a really funky, driving feel to it. Building relentlessly up to the 1st breakdown you are then transported back to a time gone by with the quirky, clever breakdown before the track slams back in. This is a track that will have everyone smiling whilst they dance and is a refreshing change from the norm.
